Working With You From The Start To The Finish.............

Information Collection


Information may be stored by you at the moment in various Physical (paper documents, microfilms etc) and Electronic Formats (data stored on your computers). Depending on the data that is needed by we have various options available for you to pass on the information to us.

Option available for Collection of Information required for Processing;

Courier Pick Up


We can collect and return your documents and paperwork from mainland UK. We use DHL Couriers for this. Depending on your requirements and workload, collection can be on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or on an as required basis.

Dispatch by Post / Courier


If you wish to send us the documents and working material you can also do so directly yourself, by mailing or using your own courier company to our Office in London, England.

PO Box


If you are receiving a large volume of material, from your clients / suppliers / other agencies and you want us to deal with them as the first point of contact (eg. financial post, invoices etc), a Post Box can be set up which will forward all mail address to that Post Box directly to us at our Office in London, England.

Pick Up by us


If you have a significant volume of media, such as documents, microfilms etc and do not wish to send them via a courier to us, depending on the volume we can ourselves collect the material directly from your premises in mainland UK.

Onsite Scanning


If you do not wish the documents you have to leave your premises, we can provide you with high quality document scanners which can scan a high volume of documents. You can then send us scanned electronic copies of documents by various means, including Post , FTP etc.

Fax


We can setup a local fax number in whichever country you are, where your customers, suppliers, branch offices etc can fax standard data that needs processing (such as loan application forms, Invoices etc). These faxes will directly be received by is as electronic files and we would be able to process them without any delay.

Remote Access


We can work directly from you computer network. We would require remote access rights to be able to access the relevant data. With this we would be able to work "real time" on your systems, saving you considerable time.

File Transfer Protocol (FTP)


We can also set up an FTP site for you, where all data that need to be processed by us could be uploaded. From the FTP site we would download the work and after completing the work, would upload the completed work back for you to download.

Email


If the information that we need to work on is being received as email from a number of sources, you could ask such email to be sent to a specific email address, which is turn would be received by us. With this there would be no time delay between the time the information was sent out and received by us. We would then be able to start work on that data immediately.
