What We Offer

We provide complete solutions for the following types of microfilms:

Our services include:

1. Microfilm Scanning – We use state-of-the-art production microfilm scanners to provide microfilm scanning services. These scanners are designed to automatically adjust image density for variations in the film.
   
   
2. Indexing Database - Where a large number of scanned drawings require to be accessed we can create a database to search for and retrieve for display the selected drawings.
   
   
3. PDF File Creation - We can create PDF files from your scanned drawings. This is ideal for publishing your drawings to the web, intranet or on CD-ROM for your clients.

Microfilm Scanning Working Procedure

- Microfilm can be sent to us by mail/courier. We also provide a complete collection service.

- We would then scan these at optimal settings. The images are then processed by despeckling, deskewing & cropping.

- If required, we would also prepare a customised indexing database for searching and retrieval of drawings.

- The scanned image files will all be recorded on CD-ROM’s. We can provide a master set and any number of duplicates.

- Once scanned we can even securely shred them and supply an appropriate security certificate of destruction
